Shaykh Ahmad Saleem is the founder of the Muslim Wellness Center in Atlanta, Georgia — a dynamic family-centered initiative that, in just six months, has become one of the most thriving community programs in the region. With over 1,000 unique registrations, more than 800 active individuals engaged, and a total participation exceeding 7,000 people, the Muslim Wellness Center has quickly established itself as one of Atlanta’s most formidable and upcoming community hubs.
Beyond his leadership at MWC, Shaykh Ahmad Saleem is a seasoned Islamic scholar, educator, and community leader with nearly three decades of experience in da’wah, teaching, and public speaking. He holds an ʿĀlimiyyah degree from Jāmiʿah al-Nūriyyah al-ʿArabiyyah, with ijāzāt in Qur’an, Fiqh, Tafsīr, ʿAqīdah, and Ḥadīth, and his advanced studies span Calicut, Malappuram, Kuala Lumpur, and Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, an Advanced Diploma in Communications Technology, and an MBA.
He is the founder of Deenagers, a youth mentorship and identity program that has empowered more than 1,000 teens, and was instrumental in establishing one of Canada’s earliest third-space youth centers. Currently, he serves as Resident Scholar at the Islamic Center of Middle Georgia while leading the growing work of the Muslim Wellness Center.
A sought-after speaker across North America, Shaykh Ahmad offers a unique four-part weekend model for communities: Friday khutbah, family night lecture, focused intensive seminar, and extended workshop — providing holistic guidance for faith, family, and community development.
